I still remember the day 6 years back when I was called to the conference room to review a high risk project. I was the only lady there and I was also the junior most me...mber. I was terrified at first. Then though I had data with me. Why should I hesitate. After initial apprehension I started explaining my analysis. Surprisingly people were seeing my point and I was well appreciated for handling the situation very amicably. So I also say that whenever you feel you are not doing anything wrong , even if you are different from the rest of the group you can make your mark in any situation.
