I am not trying to protect Reliance here, but i also use Reliance net connect card. I am using this coz BSNL or Airtel cant give me the connection. The connection speed is not that pathetic. But however i found out some reasons that might affect the speed 1 - Check for signal - highner number of ba...rs better the speed 2 - I dont use a netbooster (you could actually download the software from the Rel Comm site). 3 - Avoid opening multiple windows (I open max of 3 windows / tabs) 4 - If you have Vista then this will not work properly. Own experience 5 - There might be some strasser worms which affect the speed. Check for unwanted applications in the task manager. All said & done i completely agree that their service is below standards. Response is pathetic. Read More
