Dinzaach, all that frustration and pain for the customers, i wonder if anyone can do anything to improve this situation. what surprises me is they are still in business!!!!!!

miki paji, thank you for your feedback and comments. area is Andheri - opp sony mony can't see other options like BSNL or MTNL as monopoly is of the service provider and its more like take it or leave it!!!

no one said we want sachins head, we want no ones for that matter dude! we only want the cricket team members to perform - all of them and the ones who dont or cannot for whatever reason valid invalid can gracefully walk away and let someone better and promosing take their place and prove themselves.... dont get so uptight. kapil and sunil must have had bad performances too but with sachin and some other players it seems like loosing and getting out on lowest scores is a full time career nowRead More

It is the one thing that annoys everyone today when customer service is not the PRIORITY of an organisation, especially ones which would shut down had it not been for loyal customers. I'd suggest you send a fax to Capt. Nair as he shud know the real scenario in his hotel and then definately it is... up to him to rectify the same or ignore your msg. But it is ur duty to inform him, if he is professional enuf he will send you an apology and rectofy the situation, winning not only your regard but also of many other customers who probably dont bother mentioning their issues. Salman this is a gr8 review and I personally believe that Aamir is one of the finest actors in the industry today. He does few but brillaint films and the variety is exciting. He is the only good actor of todays times who does not have any airs about himself and does not make tall claims like 'if an... award is not in my hand, it does not look good'!
