It's frustrating enough when you take a internet connection and then feel like you married the wrong guy but now have to live with him!!! sorry no disrespect to guys, if I was one I would have said girl.
So we get this connection at home, arrange marriage this as the internet service providers in our area have a monopoly or some thing like that whereby the funda is take it or leave it! so its TATA INDICOM nothing else.
The connection is poor, it will perpetually disconnect or there will be some SERVER issues or cable problems just around the time you need it the most. when you call the call centre to post a complaint, remember you will be calling them a lot of times.
They WILL NOT LOOK INTO YOUR CONCERNS unless you have called and taken 8-10 complaint numbers. every time you call and give the previous complaint number, they will register the complaint and walla you have a new complaint number.
Finally what do you do? you call the 8th time, demand to speak to a team leader or a manager and trust me you will be lucky if you get through fort knox!!! chalo jhak maarke you did get through, guess what that team leader or manager just hand you?!?!?!?! yes, another complaint number!!!
Also btw, BEWARE when you call them about complaints pls make your calls short and sweet by just calling and taking the new complaint number cos man they can waste an hour and more of your on a call and still in the end all you will have is ANOTHER BLOOMING COMPLAINT NUMBER!
