I live and work in Bahraini have a BD and a rupee account with ICICI Bank hereIhave used practically all their their services such as services on phone, in the bank and onlinemoney transfer is literally a click of the button away.... as soon as I click it, I can see the payment immediately in the rupee accountthe staff are courteous, helpful and sometimes do go out of the way to help customersdoes have flaws when it comes to sales people who make appointments but perpetually fail to make it either on time (usual excuse: STUCK IN TRAFFIC!!! or they don't bother showing up and not even calli have heard a lot of not such good things about ICICI in India.
For instance someone I know has a loan with them and despite the payments being made on time people from the collections department land up at home and while the customer who has taken the loan is not at home they harass the family members, practically anyone who is opening the door and then they put their manager on the phone who calls the person a fraud, irrespective of who the person is. Later when u follow up with the bank what happened? They apologize saying collections dept made a mistake!!!!!shame that the employees fail to follow the motto throughout the world
