dude its your mistake, u dont know any thing about credit cards, and you are using them, all of the banks charge, a cash advance fee nothing wrong in that, you havnt read all the terms and conditions which you have received with card, your mistake, not bank's

There is nothing like that in mumbai Where customer tell auto has to take fixed meter reading fare if they dont follow guide lines jus complain to traffic police or note down their number complain on phone or website of mumbai police Their license gets suspended
