Perhaps this is the main reason behind this reluctancy. Just hoping that these helpline numbers or some other easy &fast way is devised by govt. to handle this. Off course, I am not denying the fact that the govt also is in hands with these autowalas, but if made aware all of us can actually creat...e trouble for police ppl, which will definately stop them to help such auto ppl.
