Here is an update. After 5 years of fight, RBI finally slaps ICICI (check out the RBI order at http://www.geocities.com/pparag/bo-order.pdf). Instead of writing me an apology letter for all the harassment for 5 years and refunding my money honestly, ICICI is contesting the order, refusing to ref...und my full amount, and offered me a small amount arrived at by them arbitrarily by applying arbitrary net ROI for arbitrary periods on their own, effectively nullifying RBI orders as expected.Read More

File a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman if you are charged higher ROI than other borrowers under same category. I did the same, and RBI ordered ICICI to refund the excess interest charged. Check the RBI Orders to ICICI at http://www.geocities.com/pparag/bo-order.pdf ICICI ofcourse is contesting...
