Ashish, This brings me to a common issue with transparency. What if you knew which driver was available and willing to take your journey. Also if you knew his location. that would help you get a cab on time right ?

How would you like to use a system that would allow you complete transparency on driver current location, current availability and feedback mechanism. Now mind it, here the driver himself will update his location, availability. So no 100 levels of booking, confirmation process.

Would you rather talk to the driver yourself so that you know where he exactly is before he starts his journey to pick you up ? Rather than get a driver assigned with no hopes of a change. God knows the driver may be like 10km away from you.

You did a advance booking and still got a cancellation. Would you consider using a new system if it allowed you to book a cab now ? Would you like to use a system that gives you transparency of the close by drivers and allows you to choose the driver, talk to him and confirm him yourself ?

At a time like this, one usually wonders if there are options, and one also hopes that they dont have to call the call center to get those options. I checked out other water purifiers yesterday, they are better in service. I also tested out their service level by making a fake call, man, Kent and Hindustan Lever are far far ahead in service quality. The Kent engineer forwarded the call to his manager who thanked me for the call, and said that h...e will answer any questions that I may have for the service. Its only this crap of a company that needs me to also give them my phone number, they have ABSOLUTELY no way to figure out my phone number from the form I filled up in their Step 1 of complaint from where I got the complaint number. Infact it says that 'refer your complaint number in all future communication'. Sick that they now expect me to share my phone number on a public forum. Damn man, no water for 7 days and these guys are wasting time on their dirty processes. Dirty websites and broken forms. They have the audacity to explain their process to me.Read More
