To start with the customer service has escalation levels. The escalation levels DON'T work on the website. I created a service request 8892C7107 about 2 weeks back. NOTHING, Absolutely NOTHING, no response, no action, no service engineer, no repair, NOTHING.
I escalated between Step 1, 2, 3. The 3rd level needs me to fill up a form that is NOT EDITABLE. The ONLY way they give service After 4 weeks is if I take their AMC costing 2k. Even after taking a AMC I have faced the exactly issue. THE service engineer number DOES NOT WORK, no one picks it up, nothing.
