I am writing to inform you that this is the worst cab company I had dealt with. I had a disaster experience in Pune on August 1. I had booked cab (My booking number was RPN2633668) for 1st August before 1 day from Hadapsar to Baner. My wife and small kid suppose to attend the function in Baner at 8.00pm. Their rep told me that I will get drivers detail via sms before 1 hour of journey.
It was fine. I made booking for their 6 hours plan. Their website were showing cost Rs.600 and representative told that they haven't changed the price on website and its 800 rupees..disgusting..Still it was fine for me as I was my family should travel safely on time.
On 1st of August, at 5pm I called them and asked about drivers details, rep told that I will get those details in 15 min..I clearly asked him if he have any problem in arranging cab then plzz do let me know..but he was damn confident..I didn't get any detail till 5.45pm..So I had again called them and asked for same..again same answer..
I called them again at 6.15pm..I was frustrated..I was travelling from my office and I almost reached to Baner still I didn't got any details about driver..Now this time their rep told driver will call you in 10 min..I said its ok..but plzz send him anyhow..
I reached to venue at 6.45 and called again these idiots..This time these idiots told that they couldn’t arrange any cab..its fu sht..I asked him to connect with his manager immediately..he kept me on hold and after 2 min he came back and told manager was not on floor..out for team..f These are really idiots and I don’t know how they are running these company..
I was angry, confused..what to do..my wife and daughter of 1 year was waiting for cab from 6pm..I was in Baner and waiting for them..no clue what to do due these ba#$%ds..what if I was going to catch airplane or train.. As promised to the delivery manager I am putting my comments on maximum blog post..Joke is that, at 7.15 I couldn’t do anything so I called them again and this time rep connected me with one delivery manager..he said sorry and told me that he will try to arrange the cab in 15 min..I asked him..Are you sleeping from 5pm when I was constantly following up your team..
These are bloody cheater and fing company and one can't rely on it. Check attached image..this is strange SMS from wings at around 7.30..disgusting..
