TravelTime has become big over a period of time but are losing the game! The condition of the cabs is not good, 99 per cent of the cabs I have travelled in don't have their window knobs at all, have poor working AC and stink of bad body odour.
All this can be tolerable if the cabs arrive and ferry you on time. That doesnt happen either. A cab I booked on 30 July at 11.45 for 12.30 arrived at 1.20.
Hence, dropping me off at my destination horribly late in spite of the driver over-speeding up. On my way when I called up TT to complain, they put me on hold for a total of 5 minutes 45 seconds and having told my problem to 3 different ladies, they put me on to another man who asked me.
"Yes, what's the problem." After telling him about it, he said I will call you back in ten minutes and I have still not received any call. It is 3.30 pm now.
It means, TravelTime is acting careless and are not bothered about customers' grievances caused because of no one else but them.
Am sure there will come a time when a new entrant in the market will eat up TravelTime. I hope that happens soon and the new players beat TT to real 'speedy, timely and safe travel'.
