found out transfer failure of subsidy amount in bank was due to axis bank linking aadhar to closed Mumbai account to this pune account and both had same customer ids.axis bank customer service called and told me it was a technical error.how can a bank be so callous and not be professional with a pri...ority customer. the said we will rectify from our end.After many phone alls was told it has been rectified so informed NPCI of the same.and got a call from npci that indianoil has said they will refund on next cylinder.i told him no it should not happen like that as my consumption is less and my next one comes after 6 months or a year so they cannot keep my money till then.npci said they will speak again to the bosses.but have not heard from them since .also wrote mail and spoke to indianoil sales person Mr. mastud who said what can I do as too small to do anything contact my bosses .So told him to speak with his bosses as i did not have their nos.He said send me email and then show and discuss with them.Did just that but no repky or acknowledgement to my mail or sms.I have in no uncertain words written in the mail that they cannot hold my refund as when i had visited their office in east street pune was told every 15 days we resend the amount so now why this?in princpal it is wrong to hold somebodys money like this .firstly price of cylinder has increased and reason given was +VAT.and now they want to hold your money as well.Absolutely unprofessional behaviour.Read More

YES GOVT IS MAKING EVERYONE A FOOL BY THIS SCHEME AND SLYLY MAKING EVERYONE PAY MORE.I GET MY CYLINDER FOR RS.440 AND PAID RS.984 BUT I WAS TOLD THAT IN YOUR BANK WE HAVE REFUNDED RS.511 WHEN IT SHOULD BE RS,544.WAS TOLD VAT AND TAXES ADD UP TO THAT.INDIRECT WAY OF INCREASING THE PRICES SO PEOPLE AR...E NOT UP IN ARMS.I FEEL ALL SHOULD RAISE THEIR VOICE AND BOYCOTT THIS SCHEME SO THAT WE GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS SYSTEM GETTING FULL SUBSIDY.THE GOVT IS SCHEMING AND DUBIOUS.Read More

to add to my post the phone of RK Indane of Wanawdi branch in Pune is perpetually engaged and only if you call first thing in the morning can you get through.My sisters and all told me you should not have accepted the cylinder at that price but.....you know how it is.....

have asked for surrender and filled in the form for the same and am losing 89,000 in doing this but metlife looters that they are sent me a message that my signature does not tally.Seems like they want to eat up all my money as this way I would have got something back but even this they dont want to... pay.Have asked me to come again and sign but when I earlier filled forms at their office for corrections of my details on my policy which were finally rectified after 3 yrs and there was no signature problem .The details were incorrect on my policy filled by their agent as per her whim and only taken a signature on an unfilled form saying they would fill it out later and I recommend no one should ever sign a form till all details are filled and you have checked it out as your sign is already there and then to rectify is a problem as when you have to get payment they will point to the errors to stall your money and you will be running from pillar to post and will lose it all as anything to not pay you. I had been asking for corrections to my details for 3 years by email but it was never done and if anything untoward happened they would not have paid.It is only when I went personally to the office and filled out certain forms that the corrections were done now after more than 3 yrs .The agent who did this fraud policy also was given a letter for corrections as soon as the policy arrived but she did nothing about it as she had already made her money.
Kept getting calls and sms messages to pay the premium which finally I did not and decided to get whatever I could manage to get back rather than pump in more money into a cheat company.

HAVE HAD SAME PROBLEM OF FRAUD AND CHEATING BY THE AGENT AND NOW THAT 3 YRS ARE OVER DECIDED TO SURRENDER AND PAY 70 % rather than be with them.total loss of 89,000/- which is a lot of money for me since i am retired with no other earning member and living off interest money only.

Further to my above review I have more to add.When the learners licence was made there was a error in the address which was brought to the notice of Mrs.reshma jadhav who told me that this will be rectified when we apply for the licence after the test but to remind when filling in the form.One fine ...day I was told to fill out the form for my driving test as I had already completed the number of lessons and I personally filled the form correctly and informed the instructor seema about the error in the address and told her mrs.jadhav was also informed.Next morning I passed the test and we were told to collect a recpt which we could use in lieu till the licence came.On the appointed date I went to the school with my receipts to collect the licence but to my surprise the address error was still there.I spoke to sunil the agent who was there and he told me to speak to seema .waited till seema came and she told me to speak to mrs.jadhav at 11am.went home and returned and was told by mrs.jadhav that yes you told me but you should have called me up before going for the test while seema said I should have told bala the male instructor who was handling the papers at rto.I reminded her that when I showed them my papers where the photo had not been attached she had reprimanded me saying ''once you have given the papers to us it is our responsibility and dont say anything more''.I therefore left it to them to carry out their responsibility which they failed at miserably as the address was still wrong.
At this I am told by mrs.jadhav that I have to repay to get my licence rectified.I was appalled and told her the error was from there end not mine.
Final was give me a week and let me check your paper from rto since you had filled it yourself.This is their attitude and work ethics.ANYTHING TO MAKE YOU PAY AGAIN,AGAIN,AND AGAIN.

WISH I HAD KNOWN THIS EARLIER BUT NOW TOO LATE AND HAVING JOINED JADHAV DRIVING SCHOOL IN PUNE WAS A NIGHTMARE FOR ME.THEY HAVE NO THEORY OR PRACTICALS AND TEACH NO BASIC ASPECTS OF THE CAR.NOT EVEN TAUGHT ANY EMERGENCY TECHNIQUES AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A SIMULATOR.NO ONE GIVES A PROGRESS REPORT EI...THER.NOBODY EVEN GIVES YOUR LEARNERS LICENCE TO YOU BUT THEY KEEP IT WITH THEM AND IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING YOUR QUESTIONS ARE NOT ANSWERED.THE REPY IS WE WILL TELL YOU ONLY ON COMPLETION OF THE COURSE LIKE IT IS TOP SECRET OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION;AT NO STAGE DO THEY HELP YOU OR GUIDE YOU CORRECTLY.THERE IS A LADY INSTRUCTOR SEEMA WHO TEACHES WAGON-R AND SHE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO IS GOOD ,PATIENT,THOROUGH WITH THE LIMITED RESOURCES SHE HAS EXPLAINING WHY YOU PERFORM CERTAIN ACTIONS AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF IT.I HAD ONE LESSON WITH HER AS THE GUY TEACHING SANTRO HAD GONE ON LEAVE AND AFTER DOING 20 DAYS WITH THE OTHER GUY HAVING LEARNT ZILCH FROM HIM I FELT LIKE THIS WAS MY FIRST DAY OF DRIVING WITH ALL CORRECT TEACHINGS.AND EXPLANATIONS..

CAN ANY BODY USING UNINOR IN PUNE TELL ME WHAT THE SIGNAL QUALITY IS LIKE?
WOULD LIKE TO KNOW SPECIALLY FROM PUNE RESIDENTS SO I COULD THEN MAKE A CHOICE AS TATA DOCOMO HAS BAD CVERAGE,NO SIGNAL AND LOT OF CALL DROPS SO WOULD LIKE TO SHIFT.

Think I should try this out after reading this review.
Was only worried about network coverage in Maharashtra but since everyone says its good I dont know which Region is getting good network and no call drops.

What about the signal quality?Is it good or does it lose signal most of the time or in the middle of a call you are cut off.Does that happen as it happened to me with docomo so looking for some other operator.
