I bought Aviva's Health Secure policy some time back after going thru the mentioned features on their site. However, when I went thru the T&C of the policy, something screamed at me right at the beginning. The first CI they covered was Heart Attack. And the definition that they gave for the a...Read more

I purchased a 40'' LED TV on 11-Nov-12 (just before Diwali) form Croma along which I was promised a Samsung 51 movies dvd pack. At that time, it was out-of-stock and the salesman promised me that he would inform me as soon as it was available. After numerous follow-ups during this 1-month per...Read more

It appears that u invested a lot of money into something without knowing too much about it. When u buy an expensive item like a high-end TV or fridge, don't u do research about the product by reading or asking friends/relatives? I doubt if any such thing was done before u bought this product. Once... u are in a ULIP, u shud stick to it till it ends if u want to make some money. It is a product for the suckers. If u want investment, go to Mutual funds, not an insurance company. For protection, which is the true reason for buying insurance in the first place, buy a term plan. All other options are a waste of money.Read More

After going thru your comments, I think u are more at fault than Metlife. It appears that u bought something, probably expensive, without knowing much about it. So why blame others? Firstly, Metlife doesn't sell mutual funds as mentioned by you, they sell life insurance. Secondly, if u visit their... website, they have a grievance cell where u can lodge our complaint if u are not happy with their service. And if u are still not saisfied, u can log a complaint with IRDA. All this is given on their web site.Read More

It is really unfortunate that Kishore and sparrokind above have got stuck by investing thru Bajaj Capital. While it may be tru that Bajaj Capital was deficient in service, it is really surprising that educated people go to such places without knowing where they are putting in their hard-earned money.... And when they do that, they can't just blame Bajaj Capital. It appears that in both the cases they handed over their money without having the slightest idea what they were getting into (read what sparrokind has said). No wonder he was disillusioned. He really can't blame Bajaj for his misery now. In today's information age, so much info is available for all forms of investment as well as advice that u can;t just go wrong unless u are too lazy to go thru what is available. That appears tobe the case with sparrowkind. Hope he has learnt his lessons well.Read More
