BSNL service has gone down the drain.I had a broadband connection earlier and had to disconnect it due to my franchise who advised me to do so since I was going to be away for sometime and reconnect after I come back.I did so and when I came back to pune I was assigned a new password and user id.my bills did not come for 3-4 months and I kept reminding my franchise about non receipt of bill.He assured me the bill will come and no late payments will be charged.further I had paid a chq of rs.750 as deposit.
when my bill came I notice deposit amount is shown as 00.00 and just an account summary of previous balance rs.3449.45 + late payment charges of 63.66+ current months charges and total payable 4356. Firstly nothing is mentioned as to each individual month dues or bills.why should I pay late payment charges when no bills were received by me as there was a glitch in the BSNL Broadband billing system. Spoke to my franchise about this and he sent me a printout of the same details as on the bill.did not help much.
Spoke to him again on receiving the print out and he said go to bhawani peth and sort ot out.I told him I was not familiar with pune so he should take me there.lets see what happens.People this is just to remind all of you that bsnl has deteriorated in services.
Please insist on each and every bill so that its on record and not just a account summary like I have received.
