I am re-iterating, its PATHETIC Customer Support. Nobody has contacted me to look into this issue. I have raised 3 different complaints and all of them are in 3rd Level escalation, but still no one from MMT has bothered me to give a call to refund the amount.

This is with reference to my booking id YT2580086 (Domestic Hotel) I have cancelled this booking after being confirmed that refund amount is Rs. 14,025. According to executive, a refund is already processed on 2-Sep-2009. But to my horror, I found out that refund of only Rs. 200/- is credit...ed to my account on 4-Sep-2009.
