@vinuf666............ I guess some good reading skills are required from your end.... I did not say ONCE ...or SINGLE purchase....my language denotes multiple experiences.... Anyways, Not all are satisfied by any one single thing.... and this is valid for global choices, else we would not have seen ...multiple producers/manufactures/brands/suppliers etc......

100% FALSE....... In starting of the review, you said, you said ,''you use eBay for rarely available products'', and in the end you say THE pricing is TOO high,,,,,,, anyone with SOME practical aspects of thinking still working, can see the co-relation between demand and supply.... if that item is n...ot available easily, why are you crying for its cost ??? And you seem to be living in a protected nutshell, thinking your own logics to the working of the world. I have ALWAYS, received calls from sellers, their FULL ADDRESSES, mobile numbers ,emails whenever I made a purchase. ALWAYS.... And whenever there was something to be clarified, the SELLER clarified it before shipping........... The engine is awesome, the handling is classic and the car is spacious enough for an average Indian family.''

There are a lot of points which you mentioned, which can be counter-pointed in details. A few are: 1. The background lights COLOUR- you hate Orange, I hate Green/Blue background. Its a personal choice, and for any colour choice, a good deal will be for/against it. So, this is absurd. 2. The ugly ho...od- I LOVE it, again a personal choice. 3. If you were having problems with the adjustments/height etc, you must have choosen a different variant, ZXi/ZDi with a tiltable steering wheel. I can go on and on......... I own a Zxi ....and I am a person who Loves to drive, long hours, stretches and long distances ...... And I don't have any complain about this automobile.....moreso, I think the ones you mentioned, are choices which will be different for each individual.....Read More

I would ask you to go to sbi.co.in and go to the complaints sections. There you can find Area managers and Nodal Officers numbers and emails along with address.
You can lodge your complaint there. Giving as much information and details regarding the incident, as possible.
And they do act on it, I ...had personal experience of the same.Read More

Dear Rajan,
This is an interesting experience shared by you, which TEACHES a lot to us about human behaviour.
You must have thought about , why not all the people are highly motivated, highly growth driven.
This experience that you had, is very unfortunate, but in real world out there, we do fa...ce such issues and will keep facing them.
Its not limited to SBI or a banking entity itself.
This is present in all aspects.
And I would ask you to complaint this to the Nodal Officer of SBI of that region to look into this behaviour.
If faced with multiple complaints regarding the same officer/manager, the Nodal officer is bound to act on it.Read More

Cool, If you are not able to get to the customer care .....you Throw it all away in the drain...Right? When you open the account in So called Private banks with a So called Good Phone banking customer care executives.......DO YOU Compare the QAB that you need to keep there???? Where from the money t...o HIRE those Cust Care people come???? eg; in ICICI your QAB is 10,000.....and in SBI .its 1000 only......If you look at overall holistic view...SBI is a no match with Any bank.....branch coverage...online facilities....charges.....value added services....ATM coverage....its just TOO GOOD.... And, if you are that much of a person to look for additional service, you can go to sbi.co.in and register a complaint online...which gets attention so damn fast....faster response than its private banks peers....Read More

I am getting a sense after reading your review that you are in a HABIT OF LOOSING your ATM cards........how come you have SO MUCH EXPERIENCE is reporting lost cards......... ( Here, it maybe the case that you lost both the cards in the same wallet) And, can you elaborate for the pathetic readings ...in ALL THE SEGMENTS like Internet banking, ATM services....as you mentioned in your review a difficulty ONLY with the Card Lost Helpline. Poor services faced by you on ONE Account doesn't make the services being rated Poor on ALL the fronts? This leads to only one logical deduction----that you are VENTING YOUR ANGER/Frustation when faced with one BAD experience with SBI...and you RATE ALL the things as POOR..... All this euphoria will die when number of connections increase in your vicinity...

Test speed results are run when your connection RUNS....I would like to do my online work FIRST before testing the SPEED on a network speed which CRAWLS....What Test data will show? It can't be better than your own experience...
Opening a timesofindia.com takes 8+ minutes...gmail.com ...doesn't open at all...
What speed tests can we talk here?
I would disagree with you on TRUE unlimited plan from MTNL that you mentioned.
Please go to the nearest MTNL office and you would be able to get the information.
Regarding me experiencing, I DID MENTION in my review that I HAVE been using since last 3 months the MTNL TRUE unlimited plan. And I am 100% satisfied with it.
For the customer service, I luckily did not have to face MTNL. But, you are talking about taking car to the mechanic and then talking about Mechanic's behaviour. I am talking about buying a Car which breaks down LESS OFTEN.
Please get latest plan information and shift to a better and economical one. I would suggest.
In today's times.....getting latest information is the KEY....
