Quantum Mutual Fund, is India's first AMC for bypassing the distributors, who earn huge moolah on investors money. Quantum AMC operates only few funds and thus keeps its focus on the serving the necessary needs of retail investor. Quantum Long term equity fund has been ranked 5Star from Valuereseachonline.com which shows its mattle.
If you look at the investing style and the focus, this QLTEF stands out of the crowd and deserves a big part of your Mutual fund portfolio. I am invested in QLTEF and in no way getting any sort of benefits for this review. I have seen lots of people losing money to useless funds, and then guide them to focus on only 2 funds for long term. One is QLTEF and second is IDFC PEP-A.
There is one issue with QLTEF, if you redeem with in 6 months, you pay 4% as Exit load, 3% if redeemed within 6-12 months, 2% for 12-18 months and 1% for 18-24 months. After 24 months, there is no exit load.
If you want to invest in companies with Strong fundamentals, with Reliable management and want to sleep without fear of loosing any money to Thieves in form of corporates, choose QLTEF..
