I agree with you fully. This is perhaps the worst broadband service among all. I understand that the broadband service is retailed by franchisee for whom only the cash inflow is important. VSNL and Tata Indicom have to resolve some internal disputes before they can get their act together. Try chang...ing over to Airtel Broadband. Their service is good but billing is handled by a franchisee. It goes without saying that you will have billing related problems with them.Read More

Tata Indicom ADSL Broadband

Specific problems encountered: 1. Tata Indicom took too long to give a connection. 2. My broadband line was attached to someone elses by cutting open his wire. It should have come from the junction box as promised. 3. Tata Indicom Exec. refused to even acknowledge that prepaid broadband service... is provided by them. 4. Helpline number is impossible to connect during daytime. 5. Refil pack cannot be obtained anywhere other than requesting the helpline number. 6 No refil pack provided despite repeated reminders. 7.
