I would like to share a revelation with you... The Pocket Oxford Dictionary defines Proletariat as: proletariat n. 1 wage-earners collectively. 2 esp. derog. lowest, esp. uneducated, class. [French: related to *proletarian] So you see, as I hate the socialist fundae (which, unfortunately, ...are still applicable in India,) I am not a proletariat. Even before I picked up Ayn R@nd I had developed my own Philosophy on the same lines. This is not an insult, please don't take it as one. The fact of the matter is I like to be frank, That is the reason behind the name Born Stinger. Good review. Once again thanx 4 stoppin by.... Yours Truly, Born Stinger.Read More

J(e)di... I agree with some of your points but not all of them. Here's the reason why: 1. The models show enthusiasm and promise that does not necessarily mean a great performance, I am sure you understand that! 2. I found the pros balancing out the cons and I gave it a 3-star. As for the NR, if ...the guys at Pepsico think that they have conveyed that MD gives a good high (just as X-games), then they have found a pretty poor and sloppy way to do so, don't you think? Tell me frankly, is the ad going to change your choice of drink or is the taste that's gonna be responsible?Read More

I agree with Cracked Hot Passed there, a perfectly valid statement. No i am not trying to justify my recommended rating. If MD thinks it can ride on the 'Cool_dude' wave in India it is only deteriorating the mindset further. NO, I am not talking about the culture protection and stuff but the ext...ent to which the cool dude is portrayed is stupid and may well be umm... disastrous. Adventure sports are fine but the kind thats in the ads no way!! Not that I like sprite. Sprite too is a waste of time when it comes to ad campaigns. Walking over dead bodies is fine but only in the battlefield and if these guys think cola wars are for real then as you said its time for them to have a wakeup call. As in any case one ad campaign is not gonna change the taste of the public most of them have stuck to their brands any way!! Wot say? Agree? PS: by the way the Recommended rating was for the excess delivered in the review The average attention span of a reviewer in MS is Two scrolls of the side bar. Firstly these ads were meant to target all the consumers and not just the rural section. Admitted relationships are considered sacred in india but people do know better than that. Moreover, if the models had shown a little more sincerity in their acting, the ad would have come across as very impress...ive. Though the concept was good the execution was very pathetic and if you read the other reviews you will see that it is not the Reliance guys that are being condemned but their ads that are being condemned so think from all viewpoints before you write a review.Read More
