You are perfectly right. Catering contractor and his staff are really shameless people. Quality of food is not only sufficient as promised but its quality is horrible. Recently Indian TV news channel has telecast a programme on it. Railway authorities should watch that programme.

Appreciate your concern You are a mother and it is natural on your part to feel bad when your children are treated in this manner. But I feel that you are over-reacting on this issue. Some elders sometime behave in this manner. It is not correct but it is a normal behaviour for them. You should not ...feel bad about it. In future try to remain away from such elders. There is every possibility that children have not even noticed it, but if you continue referring to this incident they may feel that they have been mistreated by their cousin grand father. And certainly no question of self-respect is involved here. If an elder rebukes children, it does not undermine children's self-rrspect. Forget about this incident as it will only create tension in your mind, and that will affect your behaviour.Read More
