I had registered a year newspaper from “The Hindu” on 16/10/13 by paying a cheque of Rs. 399/- assuring that I will start receiving the newspaper from 21/10/2013. After 21/10/2013 I am calling daily to their help center at 040-33714000 and registering the complaint, but there is no impact.
They have provided me with their sales manager number Mr. Vinod: - 9701233468, but he is not responding to the calls.
I have all the call details history, but don’t know which path to go.
