The best way to tackle them is first ask there name and post and then say that I am going to complain to police as it is illegal to intimidate anybody to pay the balance amount. With so many recent cases of forceful recovery of dues by the banks even the police is symphathetic towards us.

The banks are always quick in increasing the rate every time RBI increases it from immediate effect and never decrease it when RBI reduces it. Even when they reduce it it can be done in only 4 times in a year. SO if they decerase the rate in januray it will be applicable only from Februaury. Now eve...n the fixed rate loans are not fixed. The banking obdusdmen is created in such a way that it is in favour of the banks most of the time. If you make a complaint to them and the bank replies that you have not cleared your dues it will close the case without any investigations and ask you to make the payment. This happens with a lot of banks. I have heard many times from these agents when they tell me that i came to your house but you were not there. They expect us to be at house at whatever time they want to come. One guy was great. he told me that he will come to my house at 1.00 PM and i told him to e...ither come before 10 or after 7. The best was his reply, Sir, I am busy the whole day and i can come only at 1.00. Ha ha. Gave a good shouting and came home at exactly 9.30 AM next day.Read More

yes, if you inform them in the advance that you are paying only the minimum payment due means that you are only paying the interest and the principal remains the same. You can pay the outstanding by way of cheque or online if possible.

Ganesh.Powar this is not really about the 5 rs difference. This is about the AD that the tata sky is showing in the TV about the reduced rates. And i dont think you know how the AD came about. They wanted to pay less money to ESPN, STAR SPORTS for there channels when they said now, they removed ther...e channel started advertising the less rates. The main thing is it will keep on increasing from 360 to 365 then to 370 and more and you will not know a time will come when you have only one option, either wtach TV aur have food.Read More

never trust the AD to get anything. please read the reviews and then chhose what you want. Shahrukh and Aamir only look at the amount of money they are getting and not the service record

Please dont take savings account in ICICI bank. First they wont tell you the correct minimum amount that you need to maintain in your account. You will come to know only after you have paid the penalty of Rs. 700.00 which automatically gets deducted from your account. Then they will keep on charging... something or other saying this things were not charged before as this was a corporate account. If you want close this account and open other one atleast you will know the exact charges.Read More

Dont't ever take home loan from ICICI bank. There strategy for wooing the customers- 1) No procesing fee and free insurance 2) lesser interest. 3) fast processing. But there increase of rate is fastes in all the banks. You can ask any customer who has the loan for 5-6 years and he will tell yo...u that his rate is the highest among all the banks. So, please avoid them at any cost. even if they give attarctive interest rates. Remember they can always increase it.Read More

Yes this is just for creating a fake demand so that you tell this to other people and everybody thinks that its so much in demand that nobody is getting it. For Bajaj and HH you will get it within 1 week, but why so much time for Honda.

Icici bank is the cheater of all the banks. They are the first to increase the rates when the RBI increases the rate and the last one to reduce it. Now also when other banks are reducing there rate by 1-2% , ICICI bank reduced it only by 0.5%. Though it is easier to get a loan from ICICI nobody shou...ld go for it, better try public sector banks.Read More
