Have you Bought BIG TV and installed. SUN DTH is having MPEG-4 Technology before Reliance Big TV. Big TV customer care is really one of worst service . They captured the market with Competetive cost, but their service is no where competetive. It took them one month for installing BIG TV at my Reside...nce. Anoher 2 weeks to make it to work. They supplied me faulty STB and finally it has to be replaced. If you are waiting Customer care will do some thing, that will be a joke,I contacted Area manager to solve my problem. That is the only best thing any one can do when experiencing problem with Big TV. Go for other reliable service provider, if you can afford Extra money and watch more channels peacefully.Read More

Contact Area Manager Number. They only can help you. Customer Care Is a Joke and Joker's are sitting there, don't listen to them. I was taken for ride for more than a month. My STB was faulty and Area Manager had made arrangement to change my STB. Now things are OK.

Don't listen to their customer Care. They told me by one hour i will be receiving call and finally i realised they are making joke. Big TV had kept Jokers in Customer care.

Go to dealer and ask for Area Manager Number, yot talk to them,Customer Care are least bothered about Consumer forum. I also had problem with Set Top Box and only Area Manager ciould help me. Don't call customer care other wise you have to wait for 48 Hrs &48 Hrs & 48 Hrs...,

Good Luck .. You will get into trouble only when interacting with Customer Care. Offer wise number of channels picture quality every thing is better than any other Channel. I tought problem i read here won't happen to me. But it took me more than one month to get it installed and make it to work. If you can afford go for other service . Still if you purchase don't list to customer Care people wait for Max 72 Hrs and go to dealer ask for Area Manager number and Call him... they only can do.Read More

I got it installed after 1 months. I went to dealer and asked hime to take back sert top box , he can't do that . He had given me Manager Number. I talked to them and some how manage to get installed on 33rd Day of purchase. These Customer care people really Deaf and Dumbe, don't ever call them and ...you will be losing your Patience. They always say 48 Hrs and 24 Hrs from the time you make call problem will be solved.Read More

My God !!! I bought on Sep 18 and installed October 13th only. Once ,they told me your Installation request was cancelled. Now after installation it was saying call customer care. Complaint cell told me wait for 48 Hours..., Stilll i don't know what is in store for me once started working..,
