Recently I bought Big tv connection. They took almost 10 days for installation. Ofcourse the quality of picture and audio is good but customer service is the worst one I have seen so far. After one month most the channels were not available. Apart from this they deactivated telugu regional pack and kept kannada pack. I would have made close 20-25 calls to customer service for rectifying this. Every time they keep saying this is in solving stage and will be rectified.
Till now they are not able to resolve this. The attitude of the customer service is very bad. Some of the customer service rep dont know how to speak english. They were not even having product knowledge. It looks as if they are least bothered about customers, since we have no other option and we have already made payments. In total the customer service of Reliance Big TV is pathetic and doesnot come in line with reliance brand.
Mr.Ambani, Whatever may be the quality of picture and audio. What matters is customer service also.
