Big Tv is a big crap. Pl don't go for it. What they have committed to customers is all false information. I got a big tv settop box in chennai, when I called customer care for installation they said they will do it in 72 hrs but it almost took 15 days. I opted for Telugu regional pack, they installed Tamil regional pack, when I enquired with them they said me even if I opt for Telugu by default they update it as Tamil and asked me to call customer care and inform. Then what is the use in opting when they don't take it and install by default) later I gave a complaint to customer care as usual they took it down and said it would be solved in 24hrs.
I called them back after 2 days they said network down and asked me to call again.
3rd day they said it is in solving state and it would be solved soon. Days went on and today it's 10th day. Again the same reply ur complaint is in solving state and it would be solved soon.
Customer care rep's are a real IDIOTS! Today when I said him if u cannot solve it then I don't want ur service u better take it back, the customer care rep simply said "please return it to the dealer from whome u got it" when I asked him when will I get my money back he said we cannot tell u if u get ur money back. Later I questioned him then wat do u guys know? To which he replied " we know to tell every customer that ur complaint is in solving state".
They are so adamant as they captured a big market in the initial days itself. I can bet if this continues Big tv would get washed out of the market soon. Reliance should note a point that customer not only looks for initial package but also service later. They should be ashamed of what they have done.
I'm sure if they take a survey from all their customers of how many are ready to continue with Big tv I can tell hardly 25% would opt for it.
When I asked the customer care to give me some contact details of higher authorities so that we can complain to them, they said u cannot go to any one else other than Customer care, it's only us the only point of contact.
Reliance should bring something so that they can get feedback about their customer care rep's.
Please don't go for it .
