BIG TV turning their Deaf Ear towards Complaint

I ordered for BIG TV on 18th Sepetember. After so much complaint and request they came on 13th October for installation. (Nearly one month) .In these one month I begged Reliance people to come and install their STB several times.  I was given complaint number 4 times.


Every time if iam asking what is the satus of my complaint , they will say it will be solved in 48 Hours. But waht I feel is they are sleeping over complaint number for 48 Hours and  that number will automatically expire in 48 Hrs and again other number will be given to us and they will sleep over that compalint number for  48 Hours  and they will make us Mad. Before 48 Hours they cannot attend the complaint after 48 Hours your complaint number doesn't exist.


Now I felt things will be OK after installation and the complaint number nightmare may not repeat . History repeats itself. The installation Engineer told that he will recharge after going to office and it will be activated in one Hour. (They don't know what is the meaning of one Hour ) After waiting for four  Hours i  called customer Care, they told me some procedure to follow and status remains the same . They told me that it will be activated by tomorrow Morning (14/10/08) . Not happened.


This time they told me that there is some problem in installation and Engineer has to come and attend. Today after 24 Hours I asked about status of complaint , they told that after receiving complaint it will be done with in 48 Hours and still 24 Hours are there (Means, they will allow natural death for my complaint number and new complaint number will be generated  tomorrow , in between don;t  diturb us as we are sleeping over your complaint) .


What actually Installation Engineer had done is , I was keeping Reliance STB in a Box and he taken out and kept above my TV and calling it installation.


THEY DOESN'T KNOW WHAT I MEANT BY INSTALLATION IS IT SHOULD WORK ALSO YOU ASK FOR INSTALLATION AND WAIT FOR ONE MONTH. .


AFTER INSTALLATION (MEANING TAKING STB OUT OF BOX BY RELIANCE ENGINEER) YOU CALL THEM AND  SAY IT SHOULD WORK  ALSO " YOU SHOULD BE VERY PRECISE" OTHERWISE  ONLY "INSTALLATION"  WILL BE DONE WHICH I COULD HAVE DONE ONE MONTH BACK.


Today October 15th almost one month still waiting for installation and what a pathetic service. Really  any one will feel , it is better to spend some Extra money and go for Reliable service provider  instead of shouting at Deaf ears for good service.
