Congrats on your Punto.. I too have a Punto Diesel (Emotion). Regarding your complaints.... Ignition is a feature and not a fault... This is done to avoid double cranking as few ppl crank an engine twice or ppl try to start the engine when its running thinking its stopped... Regarding locks, take it... to a service center... Locks are automatic. Once your car hits 20 kmpl speed, locks automatically operate and doors get locked.. no one can open from outside unless you open the lock from inside..Read More

Hi Nandu, Its not Puntho Emotional.. its Punto Emotion... Also, its not USP, its USB.. This is not a defect or problem... USB is optional and comes only with ''Emotion Pack'' model in Punto.. You should have checked this before booking the car. You can use a USB radio transmitter which can be use...d in Cigar lighter port on your dashboard.. Hi, I also own a Punto 1.3L Diesel Emotion variant... If you drive with mileage centered mind, we can get around 16-17kmpl within city.. I had been on a drive from Bangalore - Goa - Bangalore.. I was able to get 23 kmpl with 100% AC.. Regularly, I drove @ 90 kmph speed. Make sure u set the Spee...dometer to 'IC' (Instant Consumption) opion and drive.. U can achieve best mileage... I have touched Top Speed of 180 kmph... Also, consistently driven @ 150+ kmph speed on Hunsur highway.... No issues with handling or grip.. Best of Luck.. Regards, ArunRead More

Do not let them go loose.... If you are referring to KR road branch Concorde Motors, it should be the same stupid (Girish) who bluffed me... DO not accept anyting less than the color you wish.... Complain it to the manager (Mr Madhu).. he is co-operative.... If he doesn't agree, post it on the ne...t... I will provide the e-mail IDs.. Make sure entire Concorde suffers for it... Right ravenlord, Ground clearance seems to be on the lower side... However, engine is well covered by a plate underneath.. Hence, no worries...

Hi Bugz_bunny, Swift and Ritz is one at the same when it comes to engine and features. Only looks are different. Most of them won't like outside apperance (back part) of Ritz. However, interiors (rpm meter on the dashboard) are lot lot better compared to Swift. Price tag is same to same as Swif...t.. No difference at all...Read More

WORST CUTOMER SERVICE!!! This is with reference to Concorde Motors, KR road, Bangalore. Executive Name - Mr Girish (96320 37002) They uphold the name 'TATA', where customer is a beggar. I had booked Punto Diesel Electric Blue color. this was within a free insurance offer. I was under ...the impression that the car is booked and would get the delivery in next 10 days. To my shock, on the last day of the offer, Mr Girish, sales executive says that the color is not available and I need to pick a different one.. if I insist on the smae old Electric Blue color, I will have to book afresh and would not come under the free Insurance and Extended Warranty offer.. Accordingly I had to book again and had to pay for the insurance and Extended Warranty EXTRA 24K.... Also, had to wait another 4 weeks as if was fresh booking... I lost 24K bcos of Concorde's careless!! Also this executive bluffed saying that car mud flaps and body Cover are not at all available anywhere as Fiat is yet to release them.. Later, I got to know from other dealers that everything is already in market and that too original accessories from Fiat!!! Worst 'Customer Service' and no respect to buyers.. They treat every customer like truck and cab drivers as most part of their customer are for Indica, Sumo and other MUVs!!! Prerana Motors on the other hand is lot lot better.. Hi Hari, There is a huge difference in Petrol and Diesel versions of Verna.. Diesel version is a Rocket!!!! and offers wonderful mileage.. But, comes at an extra cost of 1.5 lakhs... Petrol engine is 103 BHP vs Diesel being 110 BHp....
