Xperia Z deal from Indiatimes. Review on Shoppingdiatimes

I had ordered Sony Xperia Z from indiatimes as part of the fathersday deal, it was exciting deal which drove me into the offer slashing out flipkart or the likes. The order id 3002422775 was placed on 16th June 2013.

I was immediately greeted with the confirmation of my order and the delivery date on 25th Of June 2013. And I was more impressed with a mail on 17th which mentioned that the item is shipped through ARAMEX! Was super happy after hearing and reading the reviews about indiatimes.

Day 3: 18th, I am still waiting for my data to be updated on ARAMEX site. there was a warning note that the details will be available only after 24 hours, but this has passed 30hours and still no data.

Will keep this review updated through to delivery. I really wish that this is a positive review for indiatimes. Just wish that they introduce express delivery!

UPDATE:

Day 4: 19th June 2013 - The tracking website is showing up the data, it seems that the overnight delivery plan caused the confusion, the shipment was picked up only on 18th midnight. Hope it doesn't loose track and reach me quick! So adding one more start to service and support!

Received call from Shobit, very polite guy and assured me that I will get the package as mentioned. So happy again with the customer services.

UPDATE:  Day 5: 20th June 2006: Shipping company has forwarded the package to the Cochin main branch, so hopefully, it should be reaching quick, fingers crossed.

Shipment has reached Cochin operations, hopefully it will reach me tomorrow! Got confirmation from Aramex too.

UPDATE: Day 6: 21 June 2006: Thank you to all readers, I received the shipment at 12.30 noon and happy about it. The phone was as it is known on ITimes products, very safely packed.

Happy about the packing, I just wish that Itimes do consider their logistics before accepting an order, I have seen many complaints here, just wondering if it is logistics or stock. I am happy that my voyage with indiatimes was a safe one. I hope my friend finds his way through as well.

Its a shame that a company as big as Itimes is having so much complaints which in my experience was a normal shopping experience, except for the missing express delivery.
