i am having the scanning page of dtdc courier main hub the weight is 1.95 kgs only delivered to me

dear sir TimesInterne urs comment is ,We have come across this old review that you have posted. As per our records, the issue stands resolved, but how they solved means (no). the person talked with me from indiatimes told ie sir urs signature is in the delivery recipt so we cant do any thing so shal...l i close the case. and the product weight is 3 kgs. pls sir read my full message wt i had shows the proof of weight delivered to me from dtdc hub is 1.95kgs , pls read below the message fully
