Whirlpool's service is really pathetic. They will rectify your problem on a temporary basis and immediately in the next year, you will again face a major problem in the A/C. Then they will charge you another Rs 2,000 to Rs 5,000 from you, depending on how much they can earn from you. Then again the ...A/C will run properly for the remaining season. They seem to have 2 or 3 standard and formatted replies which they copy and paste as Corporate responses on all of the Mouthshut reviews. They replied on 24 Jan but till date they have neither called me up or mailed me and the best part they have not even refunded my money !!! They are the true frau...dsters and con artistes. Just calculate the huge amount of money they are earning by keeping their customers money with them illegally in their bank accounts for weeks and months on end !!!
