Artemis hospital has a moto of "our specialty is you" what they mean is their specialty is our money and our harassment. While going to this hospital I felt am doing a good thing and now I feel me and my family members should have committed suicide and died at one go then have died minute wise for 3 days. When we were discharged we felt as if we got oxygen after suffocation.
The staff is rude, quarrelsome and harassing the customers. The worst part is they were drilling our head for 3days. Everybody asked us to shut up including OBGY Dr Anjali Kumar to whom I paid almost 1lakhs rupees for only 2 and hlf days:-. Does any other staff get a salary of Rs1 lakhs/2.5 days in this hospital.
I paid a heft amount and got a kick on the back. Please go to any govt hospital but not Artemis hospital of Gurgaon. Its not a hospital, its brutal hostility. Here you pay for AC single room they put you in dingy room with AC vent not functioning and they will not give a fan too. Each floor has a manager who is a lady ready to fight for nothing and so much so that they say leave this hospital we dont care. They rip u off financially, of your self respect, your comfort, your brain, your tolerance and what not. Artemis means they have the "art" "aim" "est"blishing for all negative things
