there are terms n conditions attached for 5% cash back, seems u must b aware of it. they are charging 1000+service tax per annum, in this case u need to recover average min Rs 100 to get benefitted from the offer or to compebsate for annual charges.

Just to add to my comment - when i went to SC Bank for CC statement they told to contact call center as they dont have any details related to CC card, and no info will be provided. On asking where CC are being processed, perhaps they can help, but she told to contact Call center. When I told while c...alling call center, recorded message comes that 'due to congession in line call after 2 hrs', the lady sitting at SC Bank was smiling and was telling to keep trying, it will get connected. Even SC employees know the pain of CC customers, and are laughing at it to see the CC Bakras.. The offers are bogus and there are conditions linked to 5% cash back - Deptt store should be registered with some MC code, u have to make billing >1000 and they should swipe in SC Terminal.. Even SC Card doesnt know which department stores will give 5% cash back, and tell that whenever u shop, u check with person sitting at terminal and verify whether they are regustered under MXxxx code or not.. Buy1 get1 movie offer is just promotional offer and there is no guarantee u will get free ticket and offer can be withdrawn in 3 months(ie september) Read More

ha ha.. there is no option to talk to any call center executive, most of the time, they will ask to call u after 2 hrs. If u tell this at SC Bank, the reception will also tell u to keep trying..
