I am frustrated with my Whirlpool AC. I have already complained 3 times, technician visited and 3rd time he has changed one parts.
after that also the problem not rectified rather, now compressor is going off before reaching the temperature set.
Again I have complained yesterday but its more than 24hrs no body responding.
Issues I am facing with Whirlpool service:
I never got a call from the service center within 24hrs as per SLA always I have to make a reminder call.
After several request, no senior technician is visiting my place. same person is coming again and again who is not able to fix my problem.
customer care call center does not have the history of problem, every time I call them, have to tell everything from start.
I have other company products, never felt to so bad experience with servicing.I am not sure whether service center is taking the problem seriously or whether they have any good technician to handle this type of issue.
I already paid the service charge during first visit and its already going to complete one month, the problem is not solved,
Now the service center will ask again for charge.
