I will never ever buy any Whirlpool product after getting poor Service and Communication experience from Whirlpool Staff and dealer.
I had problem in AC, the servicing staff and managers or supervisors of Whirlpool started blaming dealer and dealer had no answers instead of providing illogical excuses.
Company staff blames that installation was not done by us, though I have never checked that while buying the AC, that who will be installing, it is but obvious that installation is done by company persons.
Better to buy brand which which had better services from staff members instead of getting cheated from this Whirlpool.
