I got a call from No kia customer service (080 425 43333) to inquire if I am happy with the device. I told them it is a crap device and gave them detailed feedback. They told me they cannot do anything about it and hung up. Wow, now even NO KIA marketing and sales people solicit positive feedback ON...LY. They hang up on you if you give negative feedback. The problem is that most touch screen phones do not have hard wired contacts for the keypad, so they run slow. It is best to avoid touch screen phones. On the Blackberry, the Curve 8310 and the Bold are the best handsets. I will be writing a detailed review on it soon. The storm being a touch screen... has not done too well. So try to avoid it.Read More

Yes, Nokia has LOST it’s touch with customers. They are concerned more about profits and coming out with products that are not market capable. They do not care for the customers any more. The Nokia Marketing people and senior management HIDE behind the call center people. They are afraid to reveal t...heir contact details.
