Big Cheater. Review on Indiaplaza

BE CAREFULL ABOUT THERE OFFERS ALL ARE FAKE SUCH HOPELESS COMPANY EVEN ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO RATE THEM POOR , THEY NEVER KEEP PROMISES NEVER CLEAR ON THEIR TERMS AND CONDITION.

I had purchased item worth of 16, 000 Rs , during 5000 Rs gift voucher , I never redeemed any voucher , in feb 1 st week I started calling them after seveal mail exchanges now they are saying I have already redeemed and they are forcing me to use some travel voucher.

When I said ok they sent claim form in that they are asking 700 Rs , and you never know tomorrow again what they ask . I am very sure like they have cheated lots of other people so be carefully about indiaplza they are cheater , they don't have proper complaint system , every time when you call to call center should explain whole story again and again , all the agents so irresponsible

They never mentioned about big city or 700 Rs DD now they are asking 700 Rs like beggar Update again. I hereby inform you that the amount of Rs.700/- is processing charges and this has been charged by the bigcity. I am sorry to inform you that we will not be able to make any changes.

They are writing as if I have business with BIGCITY , they never mentioned about the big city before giving offer, this like picking money from other pocket , indiaplaza BIG CHEATER
