I think ur money will be refunded if u paid them from ur credit card but give them cancellation request by calling them their customer care no and be sure they provide u complaint no and note down the executive name

If u are in Mumbai go to Tikona office dont call to there customer care because they are pathetic and illitrate . Otherwise U should call and give some galis to them then they esclate ur problem to there senior department. Otherwise ur time will be wasted on them.

They dont know how to treat their customer because they are unskilled and illitrate they do the same thing to me as they take away a 3000cash from me but doesnt give installation neither money back. Someone has to take action against Tikona some people in Tikona are worst they think they are heroes suck they take my 3000 money and didnt give installation I suffering from 1.5 months .We all are harrased by Tikona.
