Oh my friends, Never ever go for a ticona Wibro connection. It sucks, it makes you worried.


I got a ticona internet connection by paying 2100(Installation + 1month rent), when the sales engineer came he told that If you are not satisfied with the connection and if you disconnect it with in a month you will get installation charges.


They have installed the Modem to a water tank pipe in the roof top and it was always moving with air,  whenever the installation guy showd the speed after installation it is 1.3 Mbps in their portal.But it never crossed 500kbps and you will have to wait for around 10 mins to connect to it every time. It disconnects every 15Mins-30Mins and you have to go with the same procedure again. If you call the customer care the engineer will come after 2-3 days and he says there is no problem in connection and goes of without doing anything. If you have to connect to a VPN then you are gone. Oh the connection is horrible I have never seen this kind of connection even 7yrs back.


And I asked them to disconnect 2 days before the month, they called me many times to keep the connection, In between the first month bill came.. after that I have tried to connect to it for verification for that they told that you have used it 2 months.. you have to pay a 2 mnths bill 1796 they only we disconnect it. I said have already paid 2100 deduct 1796 from that and return me remaining. But they are now telling that we don't return installation charges but they will take away the modem.


After all I lost my Rs. 2k without any usage and daily I had to answer their horrible calls.
