On 9th August, I decided to buy Tikona connection and get sales executive ( Rohit ) at home he go to roof and do nothing only says network is available and took an advanced payment of 3000/- cash .He told me that your installation will be in 3 days but there is no installation. I try to call him  but it get switch off. So I call on customer care they said ur problem  will be resolve in 96 hours but Rohit is fraud company service is to bad .


They are  liars they told me to return my money but didn't give it . I try to get my money back. But I didn't get It  do online payment or other .I want anyone t to not to take Tikona . Go through MTNL or other.


There is one thing I want to tell firstly you should check any executive by asking him  to show his ID or Rashan Card or something valuable and don't give cash to anyone . Always go to reputed company but not go for Tikona.


I hope that for my loss company is responsible so they should give me either installation or my money back because the executive have the official TIkona reciept .
