My application id is 1106925054. I had taken your internet connection in july when i moved into my new house. First, your executive came and got us registered and we had taken a 3 month plan because we knew this is a good company and the services are commendable.


We got to know about our society's rule of no installation of internet devices and dish on terrace when your engineer came to install it. The engineer asked us if we can talk to some people who live on 4th or above since we live on ground floor and there is no connectivity over here. I told him that i will inform him as soon as i get such permission.i told him i have got permission from my neighbors living in fourth floor. He said ok that he will send an engineer. After bugging your call cc guys and the sales executive who got in touch with us in the first place, the engineer came. He checked the connectivity on fourth floor and said it was ok to install the device there. Our neighbors were very generous to let us install it in their balcony.


The internet worked on that day just for an hour and went off. After that it never worked. I registered a complaint in your cc and he informed me that the engineer, who had come to our place for installation has updated the status of our case has told them that we don't have a location which is fit to install a device so it has not been installed and refund will be processed within 2 weeks.


Its been 2 months and there is no connection and no refund. Your guys come and check and go. Cc guys don't pick our call or when they do, they don't know how to treat this case and they send some guy to check and the cycle continues. Did i, a loyal customer of your service deserve to be treated like this just because i didn't know my new society's rules. Please remove the device and other stuff as soon as possible and process the refund. Otherwise, i will be forced to take some legal action. This is preposterous.
