Honestly they have the most rude customer service team including their management, who would complete ignore your grievances even after repeated emails.


I got Tikona connection a few months ago in Noida. At that time they promised me that I can get wifi modem at Rs 75 per month rental, but then no one came to install modem for almost 4 weeks even after repeatedly calling them. And then one day, all of a sudden they told me that this scheme is no longer valid and I would need to pay Rs 1500 upfront. I told them that you promised that's why I went for your connection, but they simply said Sorry. I dropped an email to their team and some guy called Ashish Kumar Pandey replied after almost a week. He really gave lame excuses, and when I replied back with clarifications he never reverted. What a loser!


Anyways I went ahead and got my own router - I pledged not to buy from these jerks atleast.


But few weeks later my internet connection became really bad, and speed got so slow . Again same experience, I repeatedly called their customer care and they said our guy will come tomorrow, but their tomorrow never came. Somehow it got ok on its own after some weeks.


However, when it comes to bill payment, they are the first to call you. I have told them that I pay by net banking, but everytime some really rude guys calls and tells I am coming to your home to take payment. Honestly, thats how he starts the conversation. No formalities, etc. So once after giving up, I said dude do come as I wont pay online this team. And voila - he never came. After one week they charged me late fees.


I wished I could have recorded their conversations on phone and made a tutorial -  'What a customer service guy should NOT Do'!


Anyways, my advice - DO NOT EVER USE TIKONA! THEY ARE FRAUDS!
