Well , I guess already got fooled. I had opted for 2MBPS for 999 plan. I wonder if I ever even be able to cross their some invisible threshold. I lost my internet connectivity since friday evening. Their engineer marked problem as fixed just by making call to me .. wow... Simply incredible.

Finally on the 12th day, Tikona actually did the installation at their convenient time at noon. Their engineer took more than 2 1/2 hours for installation . I had to stop doing work and give access to my laptop as their engineer was struggling for doing configuration. Looks like they have untrained ...staff. So far the internet connection looks ok.. but need to log in to tikona everytime I restart computer. Also this strange restriction of maximum device registration of 2 looks awful. When I'm paying for full data usage then why such restrictions? I got 2/3 devices which use wifi for internet connection . But with strange restriction I won't be able to use them properly. Feel like it would have been much to use the wireless solutions than Tikona.Read More
