Last week, my LG automatic washing Machine which I purchased in the year 2004 suddenly stopped working. Since I am working, it is a life line of my household. I can not manage without it even for a single day. But, the LG customer care network is realy amazing .
When, I made a call at their customer care centre, they promised me that the problem will be solved within twenty four hours and a representative from the LG Customer Care Centre located near my residence will contact me soon.
I was surprised, an engineer from their centre located in the locality I live contacted me with in fifteen minutes.I explained the problem and he checked the Machine immediately. Fortunately, the problem in my machine was not major and he replaced a small part of lt with in 24 hours as promised by the LG Customer Care Centre. It was just unbelievable. I promptly took the AMC for one year.
