It appears that this Bank has not introduced 'single-window' system where everything is done by one individual. It requires to train the staff for 'single-window' and the cubicle/cabin of the staff might have a DD printer too and DD (security) paper should remain signed by one Authorised Signatory b...efore hand. The Bank is an old-generation bank and staff 'incentive' scheme' for single-window system appears yet 2be introduced. Further, it appears that the review writer here do not maintain an A/c with this branch in question. May not sound 'fair' but a regular customer understands the general system - gets his/her work done despite odds.Read More

But .. a nice joke .. !! In India, often jokes are targetted towards ''Sardars'' and in the USA or Europe for the ''Blonds''. This time she appears to be 'intelligent' enough. An India-made Foreign Bank might ask for 'other expenses' for parking and maintenances though .. !! But a nice joke.
