I changed to and have been useing Airtel Broadband for last one year. My city is Kolkata. In my apartment they have established dedicated line to connect most of flat owners to connect with Airtel Broadband. They have drawn a fat line to our Apartment for servicing their customers here in the apartment.
Earlier there was some service repairs occasionally, I had to dial their number (121) only to know that their server is being repaired. I used to get annoyed and frustrated but recently none to disturb. Speed may be improved although I have no clear idea who far it may be improved by them at this point of time. When downloading vedito from some sites, it appears to be slow. Vedio projections occassionaly get disrupeted for seconds and appear again, I dont know why - and occassionaly abrupt hig billings without valid reason should stop. Go ahead - I am with Airtel B/B
