For me it is a couple of Rupees, I request you to approach a lawyer and file a case. Wherever they are they have to come to customer location for resolving issues. I did the same thing with Tikona Broadband and it is resolved now :-)

Hi, Issue is now sorted out. I don't know how they became good to customer so soon! They have reimbursed the money which I have given for the equipment. This case is closed now. I can say to my fellow customers that if we raise our voice then sure we will get our rights.

same issue here too guys.. They have dedicated guys I think(harassment cell!) They try to loot the customer after disconnection. please don't listen to these fraud people as they will harass you with some legal points. don't respond to them....

Hi Mate, You will be in trouble once you decide to disconnect this account. I'm a victim of this and like me lots of people are there. They won't respond to your mail for collecting the equipment. but they will sent some lehal call mail and try to harass the customer to pay device money + rent. s...o please my advice is to get away from their service. check in consumer complaint site for their bad reputation.Read More
