I got a call from Delhi(he says lawyer!) stating that they are going to file case against me for not paying 2000 Rs. In my understating I have made clear to the Tikona authorities in writing that I have no dues for them.
Story back ground:-
One year before I have requested to disconnect my broadband connection and customer representative answered me that the security deposit will be taking as rent so you don’t have to pay rent. And it will disconnect automatically. But after few month I got a mail from Tikona saying that I have not compensate the dues and please process this unless we will take legal action. I have repeatedly cleared in writing about my points but I didn’t get a single reply from Tikona. I have called them to take back the equipment. But from their side not a single move. Instead one automated LEGAL CALL mail will come into my mailbox and also these harassment calls.
I have made a lawyer notice to them but still I didn’t get any reply from them! Guys it is spooky right. My genuine request is you to look into this matter seriously and take an immediate corrective action. Otherwise I have to look approach consumer court for a justice.
