Harassment after Disconnection

I had requested for disconnection on 22nd sep 2013 for my Tikona User Id : 1107419313 and have not used the services since then.


I had received confirmation from Tikona regarding registration of my request on 23rd Sep 2013 and it stated " We would also like to assure that in case our efforts to resolve valid issues to your satisfaction are not successful, the monthly bill charges shall be applicable only till the next bill cycle date based on your last usage date or disconnection request date whichever is later."


Though I had not used Tikona services after requesting disconnection on 22nd Sep 2013, I was sent a bill of Rs. 673 for the period From 26-Sep-2013 to 25-Oct-2013.


On calling billing dept the suggested to ignore this bill as it would be waived off in the full and final settlement. Still in my full and final settlement they have shown outstanding amount of 673 rs. while my bill date was 26th of every month and I have not used your service after 22nd sep and have submitted disconnection request on 22nd itself, I should not be charged for the next bill cycle.


I had explained this to Tikona Billing Dept in written by writing to TDNservices@tikona.in, and customercare@tikona.in and submitted the proofs that I have also returned all the instruments provided by Tikona.


I had received an email from TDNservices@tikona.in on 15th Oct stating "We hereby inform that services for your Account ID 1107419313 have been terminated. We would like to inform you that the full and final settlement has been concluded, there are no dues are pending against your account also no refund is applicable"


However I continue to get calls from Tikona to clear bill of Rs 673. On calling their billing dept they also insist that Rs. 673 is outstanding and threatening to send legal notice. This is a mental and financial harassment of common man who can not afford to go legal in front of large corporate.
