On a related note, the reason I opted for disconnection was bad service. I wasnt getting any service since sep 15th and despite logging several complaints , technician visited 5 days later and informed that due to a new construction Tikona's pathetic signal is getting blocked and its services will n...o loner be feasible at my place.
